Reframe & Expand

Reframe & Expand solves the format problem without cropping. Choose a new aspect ratio and the original content stays exactly as it is while the scene is extended beyond its edges — more sky, more floor, more street — continuing the background, lighting and perspective so the join is invisible. A square render becomes a 16:9 banner; a landscape photo becomes a 9:16 story; a tight portrait gains room for a headline. It is the tool for turning one image into a full set of formats — a hero image into banners, a portrait into a story, a square render into a widescreen wallpaper — without commissioning anything new.

Nine target ratios cover every destination, from 1:1 and 4:5 for feeds to 2:3 and 3:4 for print and phones, 16:9 and 21:9 for desktops, banners and covers. Because the source pixels are preserved and only new area is generated, the subject never gets distorted or cut, which is what makes this different from a crop or a stretch. The extension is generated from the scene itself, so a beach gains more beach, a studio backdrop gains more backdrop and a street gains more street, with the light and perspective carried through.
