Training pictures for every program you sell
Each new program needs a hero image, each client email needs a face, and the gym you rent time in has bad fluorescent light and someone else's water bottle in every frame. You built the body and the business; the pictures are the part that keeps slipping. What you want is a steady supply of pictures of you coaching, lifting or stretching in clean settings, ready for the next launch.
New Photos of You in the fitness type makes pictures of you in a gym, on a track, on a beach at sunrise or wherever you describe, wearing the kit you name. Your build, face and skin are kept; the setting and light are new. Run Light Changer on a favorite for a hard, sculpted look, then Reframe & Expand to make a vertical for Stories and a wide one for the program page from the same picture.

Made in the Studio with the first tool on the route.
You want
- A new program every eight weeks, and each one needs a fresh cover image.
- The rented gym has orange lighting and a broken mirror behind the rack.
- Pictures of me actually coaching, not just posing next to a kettlebell.
- One picture in three shapes: square for the grid, tall for Stories, wide for the site.
The route
- 1Make training pictures of yourself in a gym or outdoors

Places you in the setting and kit you describe, with your build and face kept, for program covers and posts.
New Photos of You - 2Relight for a sculpted, dramatic look

The studio-dramatic or rim option brings out definition without touching your body shape.
Light Changer - 3Reframe into vertical and wide versions

One picture becomes a 9:16 for Stories and a 16:9 for the program page without a second run.

Good to know
- Will the pictures change how my body looks?
- Not on their own. New Photos of You keeps your build, face and skin from the selfies you upload; what changes is the setting, the outfit and the light. If you want a change, that's a separate choice with Body Shape Editor. Most coaches skip it; clients are buying the real you.
- Is it okay to use these on paid program pages?
- Yes. Downloads are full resolution with no watermark, and you can use them on your site, in emails and in ads. Pair them with real client results and your own footage so the page shows the actual coaching. The pictures cover the polished cover-image slot that used to sit empty.
- How do I get pictures of me coaching someone rather than alone?
- Describe it in the setting field: "spotting a client on a bench press in a bright gym" or "leading a stretch class on a rooftop." Add Someone to a Photo can also place a second person into a finished picture. For pictures with a specific real client, upload both of you to Group Picture Maker.
