Welcome to AI Image Studio, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered image & text generation application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and AI Image Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the AI Image Studio application and services.
