About this tool
- What happens if my photo has a busy background or other objects in it?
- Clutter is discarded. The tool isolates the product and drops everything else, so a messy desk or a hand holding the item is fine as long as the product itself is fully visible. If another object overlaps the product, the edge there may be guessed, so retake or crop first for the cleanest cutout.
- Why does the result come out square?
- Marketplace listing tiles are square, and the tool centers the product to fill about 85 percent of a 1:1 frame so it sits the same way as neighboring listings. If you need a different ratio, run the result through Reframe & Expand afterwards and the white background extends cleanly.
- What should I upload for the best cutout?
- A sharp, well-lit photo where the whole product is visible and nothing covers the label. Daylight near a window beats a dim room. Angle matters too: the tool keeps the angle you give it, so photograph the face you want customers to see first, usually the front with the brand name readable.
