Drag the handle: the uploaded photo on the left, what the tool made on the right.
You took the picture at noon and the light was harsh; the Time-of-Day Changer lets you retake the moment at golden hour instead. Turn a midday street photo into a blue-hour cityscape for a travel post, shift a house exterior to dusk for a listing, give a wedding venue a starry night sky for the invitation, or set a hiking photo under northern lights. The scene itself stays the same: the buildings, trees, people and their positions do not move, and the framing is preserved. What changes is the sky, the color temperature, the direction and length of shadows, and any lights that would be on at that hour.
Twenty times of day sit in the menu. Golden Hour Sunset and Golden Hour Sunrise give the warm low light most people want; Dramatic Sunset pushes the colors further. Blue Hour Dawn, Blue Hour Dusk and Twilight bring cool tones with glowing windows and streetlights. Early Morning, Soft Morning Light and Foggy Morning are gentle and pale. Bright Midday Sun and Clear Noon are crisp and high-contrast, while Overcast Day, Cloudy Afternoon and Late Afternoon are softer. After dark, choose Night Time, Moonlit Night, City Lights at Night or Starry Night depending on whether you want streets, moon glow or stars to lead. Stormy Weather and Northern Lights are for drama. Match the hour to the mood you want.
With the new version on the canvas, keep shaping it. Edit with words to turn on a porch light or add a reflection in a puddle, upscale it before printing a poster, or make a short video where clouds drift across the new sky. Sky Swap and the Light Changer are natural next stops, and each is one click away. Every Time-of-Day Changer render is 4 credits on Standard, 12 on Pro and 44 on Max. Sign up and you get 4 free credits, so your first hour-shifted photo is on us, with no card involved.

About this tool
- Does it work with indoor photos?
- It does, as long as there is some clue to the outside, such as a window, a doorway or a skylight. The tool changes the light coming through those openings and adjusts the room's color and shadows to match. A windowless interior gives it little to change, so pick the Light Changer for those instead.
- Which option should I pick for a real estate exterior?
- Blue Hour Dusk is the classic listing look: a deep blue sky with warm light glowing from the windows. Golden Hour Sunset is the friendlier alternative if you want the lawn and facade to read warm. Avoid Stormy Weather and Night Time for listings, since buyers want to see the property, not the mood.
- Will it keep the people and buildings exactly where they are?
- Yes. The tool is told to leave the scene and subject unchanged and to alter only the sky, light, shadows and color. People keep their poses and clothing, signs keep their text, and the horizon does not move. Shadows do lengthen or shorten to suit the new hour, which is what makes the result convincing.
- Do I need a photo with a lot of sky in it?
- No. A sliver of sky is enough to anchor the new hour, and a shot with no sky at all still shifts through the light on the ground and walls. More sky simply gives options like Starry Night and Northern Lights more room to show. For photos that are all sky, Sky Swap is the more direct tool.
- Can I try Time-of-Day Changer before paying?
- Yes. A new account starts with 4 free credits, which covers your first Standard image with Time-of-Day Changer — no card required. After that, credits come from a monthly plan or a one-time pack.
